"Ca 'del Faggio", a reality currently managed by the brothers Simone and Ivan Spagnol, respectively agronomist and oenologist, is located in Guia di Valdobbiadene, immersed in the splendid hills from which Prosecco is born. Continuing in the wake of an extraordinary and centuries-old heritage of family experiences and skills, the Spagnol brothers are today real custodians of small and big secrets, which combined with a deep knowledge of the territory and its peculiar connotations, and also combined with sensitivity for nature as well as an inexhaustible passion for one's work, lead to simply exceptional results. Immersed in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore hills, the company rows are conducted with rigor and meticulousness, with the utmost respect for the environment and ecosystem. In the cellar, the most ancient local traditions are combined with the most modern enological technologies, in order to achieve what is the main objective: to enhance and enhance in the wines what the season and the territory have been able to express in the fruit. In this way, labels to be discovered come to life. Two Prosecco at the moment: an Extra Dry and a Brut, the “Fogliaoro” and the “Fogliargento”, expression of the best Valdobbiadene when it comes to bubbles.
