The Cargnel farm was born in May 2015 from the initiative of the owner Michele, a young entrepreneur from San Vito di Valdobbiadene, who wants to get involved by transforming his passion for wine into a real job.
The aim is to continue to cultivate the vineyard that for years has already been owned by the Cargnel family, continuing the art handed down to him by his father and creating a line of bottles to offer the market a quality Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG, in complete respect of the environment.
What Michele intends to do is therefore continue to work his vineyard entirely by hand, from harvest to pruning, with limited phytosanitary treatments, so as to enter the market with a niche product.
In fact, in the first harvest, 1033 bottles were produced, while from the second the quantity doubled and then tripled, thus earning a rightful place in a selected market.
The farm develops along the splendid hills of San Vito di Valdobbiadene, on 5000 square meters of land, enclosed by the mountains and overlooking the Piave river.
This particular climatic exposure, added to the peculiarities of a suitable soil, favors the cultivation of a product of extreme quality that respects the environment and the final consumer.
In fact, in addition to the treatments in the vineyard, particular attention is given to all the materials used for the packaging.
