Our family has all the production processes in hand. Each bunch is cared for on the vine, harvested by hand and accompanied on the way to the bottle. We carry out all the vinification procedures internally, including sparkling wine according to the Martinotti Method, refining and bottling. We also directly manage the distribution of our wines in Europe and around the world.
For this reason, together with universities and research centers, we have started a mass selection project thanks to which we recover the best strains of our oldest vines to create the cuttings for the new vineyards. It is a traditional method of reproduction that allows us to give life to healthy plants, perfectly adapted to our environment, therefore capable of guaranteeing a high quality and expressive production of the characters of our territory.
