"Dedicated to grandfather Gerardo who cared for his banks with passion, the vineyards located in the steepest terrain, we are left with the image of us children who run towards him while he proudly shows us the shining bunches under the rays of the September sun, giving us the his unfailing smile that we carry within us as the most precious gift ..."
This brut that we wanted to dedicate to our grandfather Gerardo Ruggeri, comes from the oldest vineyards (35-40 years) of Santo Stefano, in homage to the passion with which he took care of his 'Rive', the vineyards located on the steepest terrain. The aromas are generous with hints of citrus and fresh vegetables often accompanied by a pleasant note of bread combined with a lively energy. The fine perlage ensures the persistence of the flavor and the cleanliness of the palate.
