From our vineyards of Santo Stefano, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area, comes Gerardo, Rive di Santo Stefano with a straw yellow color, typical of the vine, and with aromas rich in hints of citrus and fresh vegetables, often with a pleasant note of bread , combined with a beautiful and lively gustatory energy.
The fine perlage ensures the persistence of the flavor and the cleanliness of the palate.
To be appreciated at 7/9 C ° on fish and vegetable appetizers, even elaborate ones, first courses with seafood and baked fish dishes.
Harvest from mid-September to mid-October.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must in the absence of skins at a controlled temperature.
The second fermentation takes place with the Charmat method with refermentation in autoclave, special pressure-tight and temperature-controlled containers. -
